Ingredients

5 oz Dark Chocolate Ghirardelli or similar quality

6 oz Butter unsalted (try salted butter for a twist)

4 Eggs

3 oz Sugar

2 oz Flour



How to Make It

Melt the chocolate and butter.

Mix eggs and sugar and whisk for a few minutes, then add flour.

Add the egg mixture to the melted chocolate and mix.

Pour the mixture into a greased mold.

Bake directly in the oven at 390°F for 14 minutes. Be sure your temperature is accurate or it may be over/under done.

Serve immediately or it will set up.
